I am an Italian pizza maker. I am known for my mixing of zesty flavors into one beautiful canvas made of dough. While I grew up in a meat-loving family, my soul has always been in the pizza store. My mentor, Mario, the pizza maker, has tutored me in the art of flipping dough. His assistant, Luigi, taught me how to carefully spread the pizza sauce across the doughy goodness. Luigi’s cousin, Fabiano, lectured me about the importance of sprinkling delicious types of cheeses, such as mozzarella, goat, and feta, onto the top of the dough. My store, named Ciao Bella, opened in 2006 and immediately was a success. All citizens of Italy know where to get the best pizza in town, with prices that are unmatchable.

My real name is Alexander Y., and I live in New Jersey, right outside of New York. I play basketball all the time, and I am on the undefeated basketball team at Frisch. I have a Latino background. My father is from Mexico, and my mother is from Venezuela. Aside from playing basketball, I love to eat all types of Spanish foods and to hang out with my friends on the weekends. I have two sisters, both older than I am and in college. I like to travel with friends and family all over the world, especially to Europe. My favorite subjects in school are, of course, English and Math.
